Which cloud provider should we use?
The one that fits your workload, team and budget — not the one with the best conference. For most product teams that's AWS or a platform like Vercel for the web tier; we'll recommend against multi-cloud complexity unless you genuinely need it.
Can we migrate to the cloud without downtime?
Almost always. We migrate incrementally — running old and new in parallel, moving traffic gradually, verifying at each step — so cutover risk is measured in minutes of controlled switching, not days of outage.
Is DevOps worth it for a small team?
